Understanding our policy on digital product purchases

No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

As our products are digital (video lectures, PDF notes, and MCQ banks) that are accessible immediately upon purchase, we strictly enforce a NO REFUND policy.

Why No Refunds?

Our courses are digital products that provide immediate access upon purchase. Unlike physical goods, digital products cannot be "returned" once they have been delivered. Once you access a course, you have effectively received the complete product.

  • Instant Access: Course materials including videos, notes, and MCQs are available immediately after payment.
  • Intellectual Property Protection: Digital content can be copied or downloaded, making returns impractical.
  • Lifetime Access: You retain access to purchased courses forever, including future updates.

Try Before You Buy - Free Sample Lessons

To help you make an informed decision, every course includes at least one FREE sample lesson. We strongly recommend:

  • Watching the free sample video lessons before purchasing
  • Reviewing the course curriculum and content preview
  • Checking the quality of notes and explanations
  • Ensuring the teaching style matches your learning preference
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the free sample lessons and are satisfied with the content quality.

Limited Exceptions

Refunds will ONLY be considered in the following extremely rare circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same course due to a technical error
  • Course Not Delivered: If you paid but never received access to the course (subject to verification)
  • Technical Incompatibility: If our platform is completely incompatible with your device and we cannot resolve the issue (rare)

All exception requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Note: "Change of mind," "Didn't like the content," "Found it too difficult/easy," or "No longer need it" are NOT valid reasons for a refund.

Chargeback Policy

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve any issue is considered a violation of our terms. If a chargeback is filed:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended
  • Access to all purchased courses will be revoked
  • Your email address will be blacklisted from future purchases
  • We reserve the right to dispute the chargeback with evidence of delivery
Please contact us FIRST if you have any concerns - most issues can be resolved quickly without needing a chargeback.

  • You agree that all sales are final and non-refundable
