Getting Started

How do I create an account?
Click on the "Sign Up" button in the top right corner. Fill in your name, email address, create a password, and submit. You'll receive a verification email to activate your account.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Click on "Forgot Password?" on the login page. Enter your registered email address, and we'll send you a link to reset your password. The link expires in 1 hour.
Are there free sample lessons available?
Yes! Every course includes at least one FREE sample lesson. You can access these without any purchase to preview our content quality and teaching style.

Courses & Access

How do I purchase a course?
Browse our courses on the homepage, click "Add to Cart" for the courses you want, then proceed to checkout. Complete the payment process, and you'll get instant access to your purchased courses.
How do I access my purchased courses?
After successful payment, courses are instantly added to your account. Go to "My Courses" from the navigation menu to access all your purchased courses and start learning.
How long do I have access to the courses?
Lifetime access! Once you purchase a course, you have unlimited access to all content, including any future updates we make to the course materials.
Can I download videos for offline viewing?
Currently, videos are streamed online and cannot be downloaded for offline viewing. You need an active internet connection to access video lessons.

Payments & Refunds

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), and Net Banking from all major banks.
Is there any discount for bulk purchases?
Yes! We offer tiered discounts: 5% off for 2 courses, 10% off for 5 courses, 20% off for 10 courses, and 40% off for all 19 courses. Discounts are applied automatically in your cart.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
No. As these are digital products (video lectures, PDF notes, and MCQs) that are accessible immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. Please try free sample lessons before purchasing.
What if my payment fails but money is deducted?
Contact us immediately with your transaction details and payment receipt. We'll verify the status with RazorPay and either complete your order or initiate a refund within 5-7 business days.

Technical Support

Videos are not playing properly. What should I do?
Try these steps: 1) Check your internet connection, 2) Clear your browser cache, 3) Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge), 4) Disable ad-blockers. If the issue persists, contact support.
Is there a mobile app available?
Currently, our platform is web-based and optimized for mobile browsers. You can access all content through your phone's browser. We're working on a dedicated mobile app for future release.
How do I report a technical issue?
Use the contact form on our Contact Us page with subject "Technical Support" or email us directly at melange.bloom@gmail.com. Please include screenshots and a description of the issue.

Account & Security

Can I share my account with friends?
No. Your account is for personal use only. Sharing login credentials or course materials with others is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination without refund.
How do I delete my account?
Contact support with your account details and request for deletion. Note that account deletion is permanent and you will lose access to all purchased courses.
How do I update my profile information?
Go to your account settings (click on your name in the top right) to update your name, email, phone number, and other profile information.
